Charles Barkley joked with Shaq during Monday night's game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Los Angeles Lakers about Trump's boast about protecting the phrase "Merry Christmas" before training his sights on the recent tax law Trump signed.
"At least we got our tax break," Barkley said, leading to fellow announcer Ernie Johnson to beg him to not "go down that road again."
Shaq: 'You like that tax break Chuck?
Barkley: "Yeah, I don't like it for poor people...Rich people should not get tax breaks Shaq"
Here is the video:
You know, if Barkley disagrees with tax cuts, there is nothing preventing him from making a check out to the U.S. Treasury and sending it back. You don't like it, just don't take it.
