Some hotels, gas stations and merchants in Florida are raising their prices dramatically as the threat of Hurricane Matthew looms, preying on the most vulnerable residents. Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi says businesses are not allowed raise prices substantially during a state of emergency. TODAY correspondent Jeff Rossen reports from Orlando.

The reporter catches up to the Days Inn Hotel manger who tripled the rates causing some people to leave the hotel because they couldn't afford it.
