Lib media will be talking about this new clip from Karl Rove for at least a week
Karl Rove said on Monday that Hillary Clinton’s biggest challenge to a possible 2016 run is the perception of her inevitability and that she’s seen as “old and stale.”
“Hillary may have the impression in people’s minds that she’s both the third term of Barack Obama … and a third term for Bill Clinton, which is now 20 years in the rearview mirror,” Rove said on Fox News.
Rove was asked about a group of Democrats who are “wary of Hillary” and anxious about the spectacle of a Clinton juggernaut after seeing what happened when she ran a campaign of inevitability last time. The group and their name are profiled in a POLITICO piece by Maggie Haberman detailing the concerns of these Democrats, though the article was not directly referred to during Rove’s segment.
