Clueless NPR Host Has No Idea Why Former Presidents Bush 41, 43 Weren't at Anniversary of March on Washington

NPR host Michel Martin didn’t know why Presidents George W. Bush and George H. W. Bush were not present at the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington, questioning why they would miss it Wednesday on CNN’s The Lead.

“There are two other living presidents, President George W. Bush and George H. W. Bush,” she said. “President George H. W. Bush, Bush 41, who I covered, had a very strong record on civil rights. I was wondering why he wasn’t there. Why weren’t they there?”

Why weren't they there? It could have something to do with Bush 41 being 89 years old, in a wheelchair and not in the best of health and Bush 43 recovering from having a stent put in to open a blocked artery at the beginning of August
