Huffingtonpost Misleading Title of Alleged Spitting Incident With Rep. Emanuel Cleaver

This is what we're up against, after the video was posted 3 days ago by this and other Conservative blogs, HuffPo puts this title on the video... They should have ended the title with a question mark...

It's clear that the guy did not intentionally spit on Rep. Cleaver but was sprayed by this man who was yelling at the top of his lungs...Huffpo, that's a Capitol Police officer in your own picture, if the man had spit in Cleaver's face, the officer would have taken action, the officer continues walking behind Congressman Cleaver after the incident, into the Cannon building...
Last weekend, as the House of Representatives gathered to debate health care reform while Tea Partiers protested outside the Capitol, word emerged that Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.) had been spit on by one of the demonstrators.

Cleaver released a statement confirming the incident, but some questioned his claims. Fox News personality Sean Hannity asked if there was any evidence proving that it had actually happened, and Tea Party groups offered a cash reward for proof.

Now video has emerged. Take a look and judge for yourself:
Here's their homepage title

Here is the video again of Cleaver and the protester

It should be pointed out that Rep. Cleaver (at 2:38) walks back out and down the steps with a different Capitol Police officer, the alleged spitter (sprayer) is right in front of them (guy in black shirt and tan hat). Cleaver then goes back into the building accompanied by the police officer.
