VIDEO- PM David Cameron Condemns 'Barbaric and Brutal' Killing of James Foley

Speaking to reporters in Number 10, PM Cameron said it seemed "increasingly likely" that a British citizen was the killer.

"Let me condemn the barbaric and brutal act that has taken place and let's be clear what this act is - it is an act of murder, and murder without any justification," he said.

"We have not identified the individual responsible, but from what we have seen it looks increasingly likely that it is a British citizen.

"This is deeply shocking. But we know that far too many British citizens have travelled to Iraq and travelled to Syria to take part in extremism and violence"

Obama Statement on James Foley: No Just God Would Stand For What #ISIS Did Yesterday

"People like this ultimately fail" Obama says

"We will continue to confront this hateful terrorism and replace it with a sense of hope and civility"

Here's President Obama with a statement on the killing of American journalist James Foley by terrorist group ISIS yesterday.  BTW,  he sounds and looks angry here but says very little on what the United States is going to do specifically in retaliation.

MSNBC: Hillary Clinton's Image Has Been 'Significantly Damaged Since Leaving the State Department'

To top it off, they used this unflattering close-up photo of Clinton at the beginning of their report...
(Screen grab)

Wow. MSNBC runs the numbers on Clinton and the results are not good. Not only do they have poor polling numbers showing a huge slide from numerous surveys, they remind everyone of Hillary's 'Dead Broke' comment followed by how much she's pulling in today for giving speeches.

MSNBC's political analyst says, 'one thing's for certain, every major national poll shows American's views of Hillary Clinton heading in the wrong direction'

He ends his report basically saying that Hillary Clinton  is not a lock in 2016

Florida County Votes Unanimously To Prohibit Atheists From Delivering Invocations at Public Meetings

Brevard County, Florida

rawstory
The county commission in Brevard County, Florida, voted unanimously on Wednesday to prohibit atheists from offering invocations at public meetings, Hemant Mehta reports.

The commissioners voted to send a letter to David Williamson, founder of the Central Florida Freethought Community, indicating that his group doesn’t qualify to deliver the invocation because it is defined as “an opening prayer, presented by members of our faith community.”

The prayer is delivered during the ceremonial portion of the county’s meeting, and typically invokes guidance for the County Commission from the highest spiritual authority, a higher authority which a substantial body of Brevard constituents believe to exist,” the letter reads. “The invocation is also meant to lend gravity to the occasion, to reflect values long part of the county’s heritage, and to acknowledge the place religion holds in the lives of many private citizens in Brevard County.”

Islamic State Beheads U.S. Journalist

Foley was kidnapped in 2012 by ISIS

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Islamic State insurgents posted a video on Tuesday purportedly showing the beheading of U.S. journalist James Foley and images of another U.S. journalist whose life they said depended on how the United States acts in Iraq.

The video, titled "A Message To America," presented President Barack Obama with bleak options that could define America’s next phase of involvement in Iraq and the public reaction to it, potentially deepening his hand in a conflict he built much of his presidency on ending.

While the video had yet to be verified, its grisly message was unambiguous, warning of greater retaliation to come against Americans following nearly two weeks of U.S. air strikes that have pounded militant positions and halted the advance of Islamic State, which until this month had captured a third of Iraq with little resistance.

The video, posted on social media, brought a chilling and highly personal tone to a conflict that for many Americans had started to become all too familiar.

Foley, 40, was kidnapped by armed men on Nov. 22, 2012, in northern Syria while on his way to the Turkish border, according to GlobalPost, a Boston-based online publication where Foley had worked as a freelancer. He had reported in the Middle East for five years and had been kidnapped and released in Libya.

Tom DeLay Rips Rick Perry Indictment- 'Absolutely' a Political Witch Hunt

Tom Delay on Fox and Friends, who had the same unit indict him in 2005 says he warned Republicans that they could be next if this public integrity unit, which is a division of the DA in Travis County is not reformed. He tells Steve Doocey that criminal indictments are how they intimidate elected officials in the state legislature and the governor.  Delay believes this is nothing more than a personal vendetta on Rick Perry

Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay on Monday sharply criticized the Texas county prosecutor's office that indicted him and more recently fellow Texas Republican Gov. Rick Perry, calling the case against the governor a “vendetta” and another example of the “criminalization of politics.”

In an interview with FoxNews.com, DeLay attacked nearly every aspect of the prosecution’s case against Perry -- suggesting it was political retribution for the governor's attempt to remove a county district attorney with a criminal record and a “conspiracy” likely traceable to Washington Democrats.

“There is no doubt [the case] is politically motivated,” he said. “Once again, the district attorney of Travis County presented a case, not unlike mine, that was very weak, if it was a case at all. … It’s a conspiracy to use the legal system to politicize politics.” (Fox News)

Watch- CNN's Don Lemon Gets Pushed By Police

Just as CNN’s Brianna Keilar threw the report to Don Lemon, who was live from the street in Ferguson, Missouri early Monday evening he told her, “I think we’re about to be arrested.”

Lemon did not end getting detained by officers there, but they did attempt to physically push him back away from CNN’s camera, shouting, “Move out of the way, sir. Move!”

“We’ve been standing here all day,” Lemon continued to report as the officer moved him and other protesters back.
