Jeb Bush Way Behind In Iowa -Q Poll

7th Place....

John McCain did it in 2000. Hillary Clinton thought about doing it in 2008. Jeb Bush should do it in 2016.

The "it" here is skipping the Iowa presidential caucuses, the quadrennial kickoff of the nomination fight for both parties. And, for Jeb, it makes total sense.

Here's why: He almost certainly can't win in the state. So, why try?

Witness a new Quinnipiac University poll in Iowa released Wednesday morning. In it, Bush takes a measly five percent of the Iowa vote -- good (bad?) for seventh place behind people like Scott Walker and Marco Rubio but also Ben Carson. The problems for Bush in Iowa go far deeper than those topline numbers too. Among self-identified tea partiers, Bush takes a miserable three percent of the vote; he gets four percent among "very" conservative voters. Those two groups tend to be the two most reliable -- and, therefore, most powerful-- voting blocs in a Republican caucus fight in Iowa.

And, there's little reason in the poll to believe that Bush can make up ground.
Here are the results of the new Iowa Q Poll:
Walker leads with 21%, Rand and Rubio second with 13%
Cruz and Walker lead among tea partiers -tied at 26%
Jeb Bush in trouble...

Florida Mom Held Hostage Uses Pizza Hut App to Call for Help (PHOTO)

Pizza Hut employees called police after this order came in.
Cool story--

A central Florida woman who says her boyfriend was holding her and her children hostage sent a secret message asking for help in an online pizza order.

Highlands County Investigators told NBC affiliate WFLA a Pizza Hut in Avon Park received an online order for pizza Monday afternoon from Cheryl Treadway. Under the comments section, Treadway wrote a message asking employees to call 911. The employees alerted police.

When deputies arrived at the home, Treadway answered the door and said her boyfriend, Ethan Nickerson had a knife. Deputies escorted Treadway and a child to safety and Highlands County Sherriff's Lt. Curtis Ludden says Nickerson was arrested. Two other children in the home were unharmed.

Deputies say Nickerson had been holding Treadway all day until she convinced him to let her order a pizza on her cellphone. (NBC Miami)

ISIS Warning Claims Terror Cells in Place in 15 States

5 of the states named: Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, California, and Michigan

Fox News
A grim online warning from a self-described American jihadist said Sunday's terror attack in Texas was the work of ISIS and that the terrorist group has scores of "trained soldiers" positioned in 15 states, awaiting orders to carry out more operations.

The warning, which was posted on a file-sharing site, could not be verified, but was signed by Abu Ibrahim Al Ameriki. That name matches the moniker of a shadowy American known to have joined a terrorist group in Pakistan several years ago and who has appeared in propaganda videos before. The chilling threat named five of the states where is claimed ISIS has terror cells in place.

“Out of the 71 trained soldiers 23 have signed up for missions like Sunday, we are increasing in number," read the warning. "Of the 15 states, 5 we will name… Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, California, and Michigan.”

CNN this morning:

Flashback Laura Ingraham: The Idea That Mike Huckabee Is Going to Be President of the United States? I'll Predict That's Not Going To Happen

Laura on FNS: "I like Mike (Huckabee) a lot, I think he’s really strong. But he would  probably do better serving conservatism if he had run for one of the two open Senate seats in Arkansas over the last several years. He decided not to do that, and had a great show on Fox. But the idea that Mike Huckabee is going to be President of the United States? I’ll predict that that’s not going to happen”
