Top Intelligence Official at Pentagon: Core Al Qaeda IS NOT on the Run (Video)

Lt. General Michael T. Flynn, director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, commander of the Joint Functional Component Command for Intelligence says 'core Al Qaeda' is not on the run. He made the remarks while speaking in Washington Saturday night

This is a direct jab at Obama, who has stated multiple times that Al Qaeda 'is on the run.'

Obama has also said previously, 'Al Qaeda is on the path to defeat' and 'Al Qaeda is decimated'

General Flynn disagrees, core Al Qaeda is 'exponentially growing'

Homeowners Association Won't Allow Vietnam Veteran to Build Furniture For Needy Military Families (Video)

Dennis Kocher, A Veteran of Vietnam, told he can no longer make furniture for military families, which he's done for the last decade, inside the garage of his California home

CBS 13
A war veteran who builds furniture in his garage and gives it to military families in need could be forced to shut down the saws.

A homeowners association is telling Dennis Kocher he needs to close up shop after years of doing business, or he could be fined between $100 and $1,000.

“Everyone who received my furniture or responsible for dispersing it gave me this gift and it’s something I’ll treasure forever,” Kocher added. Kocher was originally told that he had to get a business permit, which he did in 2012, but the HOA came up with a new complaint.

“Now they’ve come back to me and said I’m producing odors and noxious fumes,” he said.

KOCKER:
I don’t make a profit. The money I spend is my own money, my own time and talents and I build it to give to the Beale Air Force Base"

Hamas Rejects Cease-Fire Extension

Cease-fire over. Fox News' Conner Powell in Gaza City reports that after the 12-hour ceasefire, which held, Israel wanted to extend it for 4 hours. Hamas rejected the extension and now, Powell reports that there's sound of rockets being fired again from Gaza with sirens going off in Israel

UPDATE-

Israel says it's extending Gaza truce for 24 hours

BEIT HANOUN, Gaza Strip (AP) — Hamas resumed rocket fire Saturday on Israel after rejecting Israel's offer to extend a humanitarian cease-fire, the latest setback in international efforts to negotiate an end to the Gaza war.

Despite the Hamas rejection, Israel's Cabinet decided to extend a truce for 24 hours, until midnight (2100 GMT) Sunday. However, it warned that its military would respond to any fire from Gaza and would continue to demolish Hamas military tunnels during this period.

The temporary lull on Saturday saw Palestinians return to neighborhoods reduced to rubble and allowed medics to collect close to 150 bodies, Palestinian health official Ashraf al-Kidra said.

O'Reilly on Impeachment of Obama: 'He Would Never Be Convicted'

Bill is right on this one. Could impeachment happen? Yes, the House could vote to impeach Obama. Removal from office is a different ballgame. Conviction requires a 2/3 vote in the Senate. That would be 67 votes, which will NEVER happen. Not a chance. If Republicans takeover the Senate this fall, it still will NEVER happen as Republicans will only have a slim majority (some estimates low 50s). You would have to have at least 10 to 15 (maybe more) Dem senators join every Republican for conviction in the Senate.

In 1999, not one Democrat in the Senate voted 'guilty' on Bill Clinton's charge of Perjury or Obstruction of Justice. Not one.

So, Obama being removed from office is Not Going To Happen.
