BILL: Obama is now on the record, and if, if evidence is produced that any U.S. intelligence agency is reading emails without a specific warrant, Mr. Obama could very well be impeached. That's how important his statement to Mr. Rose really is. There’s no going back now. President Obama said flat out no one is listening to phone calls or reading emails without a specific warrant to do so.

Video: Obama Calls For a Reduction in Nuclear Weapons By One Third
Obama is calls for a one-third reduction of the world's nuclear stockpiles. Speaking at Berlin's iconic Brandenburg Gate, he says he intends to seek negotiated cuts with Russia to move beyond a Cold War nuclear posture.
It's the Obama world of fairy tales. See, if we reduce nuclear arsenals by one-third. Russia will only have 6,000 warheads and the U.S. will have 3,500. Then the world can only destroyed 50X over. Russia currently has 8,500 warheads, the US 5,100, down from 31,000 in the late 60s
Instead of worrying about Russia, maybe we should worry about Iran, who has promised to destroy Israel with 'one storm' if they get nuclear weapons
Here's Obama at the Brandenburg Gate

Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski Comes out in Support of Gay Marriage, Joins Rob Portman, Mark Kirk
3 Republican senators now support gay marriage
(CNN) – Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska announced her support Wednesday for same-sex marriage, becoming the third sitting GOP senator to back the right for gay and lesbian couples to marry.
She made her endorsement during an interview with a local television station in Alaska and in an opinion piece on her website, just days before the Supreme Court is expected to rule on two high-profile cases involving same-sex marriage.
"I support the right of all Americans to marry the person they love and choose because I believe doing so promotes both values: it keeps politicians out of the most private and personal aspects of peoples’ lives – while also encouraging more families to form and more adults to make a lifetime commitment to one another," she wrote.
"Senator Murkowski's courageous and principled announcement today sends a clear message that marriage equality must come to all 50 states in this country," Human Rights Campaign President Chad Griffin said in a statement. "We hope other fair-minded conservatives like Senator Murkowski stand up and join her. Alaska may be nicknamed 'the Last Frontier,' but we've got to make sure that LGBT Alaskans don't have to wait to find justice."

Man Arrested After Threatening U.S. Senator Ted Cruz
A Houston man was arrested after threatening to kidnap, murder and burn Senator Ted Cruz and his father.
MySanAntonio.com reported:
A Houston man is accused of threatening to kidnap, murder and burn U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas and his father and also to “blow up” the sun if he wasn’t paid $3 million.
Nick Gates was being held Tuesday in the Harris County jail on a $10,000 bond. He’s charged with making a terroristic threat.
Investigators allege threatening phone calls made June 5 to Cruz’s offices in Austin and San Antonio were traced back to Gates.
Court documents show the 37-year-old admitted to FBI agents he made the calls and that Cruz was told he had a choice: give Gates the money or “lose the sun.”

Afghan Taliban Kill 4 US troops in Attack Just Hours After Peace Talks Announced
And the U.S. is going to sit down and have 'peace talks' in Qatar with the Taliban? You don't negotiate with the enemy, you defeat them.
Militants fire rockets into Bargram Air Base killing 4 troops
KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — The Taliban have claimed responsibility for an attack in Afghanistan that killed four U.S. troops just hours after the insurgent group announced it would hold talks with the Americans on finding a political solution to ending the nearly 12-year war.
Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said on Wednesday that the militants fired two rockets into the Bagram Air Base late on Tuesday.
Thousands of demonstrators flooded into a square in Brazil’s economic hub, Sao Paulo, for the latest in a historic wave of protests against the shoddy state of public services.
American officials confirmed the base had come under attack by indirect fire — likely a mortar or rocket — and that four U.S. troops were killed.
The attack underscores the challenges ahead after the Taliban and the U.S. announced they would hold talks in Qatar to try and negotiate a solution to the violence. President Barack Obama has cautioned this would be neither quick nor easy.

Krauthammer: I Welcome a Hillary Run, 'She is Eminently Defeatable' in 2016 [Video]
Charles: Can someone name one achievement she had in the last 4 years as SOS?
Krauthammer is exactly right. Hillary was 'inevitable' in 2008, it didn't happen. In the 2008 Dem Primary, inevitable Hillary lost Iowa, Nevada and SC to Obama before they even got to Super Tuesday. She ended up winning 20 and losing 30 states to O and the nomination. She led in the polling (Dem Primary) from late 2006 to January 2008. It meant nothing in the end.

KRAUTHAMMER: I think if she wants the nomination, it will be handed to her. Obviously, the party is swooning in believing that she is inevitable. Well, you know, she was inevitable in 2008 as well, it didn't exactly work out. She has a reputation of somebody who has a sterling career. I thought as a senator she was rather good. But people speak about her as a superb Secretary of State.
You remember that little tête-à-tête that she had with Obama on television? And her retirement here as one of the great Secretaries of State? Can somebody name one achievement she had in the four years? Just one, I'm not asking for three. I'm not asking for Henry Kissinger or George Schultz, James Baker, you know, a great treaty. No, just give me one thing. So, I'm not sure I understand any of this. But if she runs, I think as a conservative, I'd welcome that. I think she is eminently defeatable.

President Barack Obama's director of national intelligence was flat-out lying when he told lawmakers in March the government wasn't collecting data on millions of Americans, Sen. Rand Paul asserted Tuesday. He said Clapper broke the law. He lied to congress
The Kentucky Republican suggested intelligence chief James Clapper had lost all credibility in the wake of intelligence leaks showing information on phone calls and internet usage being collected by the National Security Agency,
"He said they were not collecting any data on American citizens, and it turns out they're collecting millions of data on phone calls every day," Paul continued. "So it was a lie. What I'm saying is that by lying to Congress, which is against the law, he severely damaged the credibility of the entire intelligence community."
