Caught on Video: UPS Worker Throws Packages, Urinates On House

HOUSTON (KHOU) - It's behavior you would never expect from a UPS worker and it's all caught on camera.

The worker dumps the packages he's delivering and then decides to relieve himself.

"I don't know how UPS trains their employees to go to the bathroom, but probably not someone's yard," said Ben Lucas, the homeowner. Lucas watched the video over and over again.

"It's not like the cameras are hidden, he did a quick look around," said Lucas. He was already outraged by the way the guy threw the packages, that cracked the shell of his brand new ammo cleaning machine. But what happened next outraged him even more.

"You're paying someone to take a package to go from point A to point B, so basically I paid someone to come to my house and pee on it," said Lucas.

Ben says he called UPS repeatedly telling them what happened.

Krauthammer: Ted Cruz Very Articulate, But Hasn't Yet Accomplished Very Much (Video)

I can already see the headline. 'Krauthammer trashes Ted Cruz.' But Charles is simply making the point (that every single one of us made in 2008) that Ted Cruz is a new senator, a first-termer, that he might do better next cycle after some time and experience in the U.S. Senate. Charles does call him a great articulator of conservatism but says he has time to run.

O'Reilly asks Charles about his recent bet-- putting the most money on Marco Rubio. Krauthammer clarifies that he's simply putting some money on a long shot. That was the reason for his $40 bucks on Rubio when asked by Stephen Hayes on Special Report

Charles says Marco Rubio has  5 1/2-to-1 odds, Jeb Bush has 2-to-1 odds.

Incredible Video: 21 Holocaust Survivors Return to Auschwitz 70 Years After It Was Liberated

On the eve of the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, a group of 21 Holocaust survivors from the U.S. return to the place where 1/3 of a million Jews were killed in just 8 weeks.

Some of them break down. Many of them lost their entire families.

NBC's Chief Global Correspondent Bill Neely went with the group yesterday. Neely says at the height of the extermination, 10,000 a day were slaughtered at Auschwitz, one-third of a million people total. Most of them killed within one hour of arriving on the train.

Must-see video--
70 years later, it still seem like yesterday to these survivors

"Inaccurate Media Reporting"... U.S. Army Denies Desertion Charge For Bowe Bergdahl

According to NBC News, the charge would be based on allegations the soldier abandoned his outpost in Afghanistan in June 2009

skynews  reported:
The US Army has denied a report that Bowe Bergdahl is to be charged with desertion over his 2009 disappearance from an Afghan base.

Citing defence officials, NBC said the charges could come against the soldier within a week. But Lt Col Alayne Conway, spokeswoman for Army public affairs, said no decision had been made yet in the Bergdahl case.

She said: "We are aware of the inaccurate media reporting. To be clear there have been no actions or decisions on the Sgt Bergdahl investigation."

Lt Col Conway said investigators were still determining next steps in the case, which could range from no further action to a court martial.

We cannot discuss or disclose the findings of the investigation while disciplinary decisions are pending before commanders," she added.

Pelosi: With Hillary Clinton As the Nominee, Dems Can Win Back the House

Good luck with that. Right now, Republicans control 247 seats in the House to the Democrats 188

thehill
Rep. Nancy Pelosi says Democrats can recapture control of the House in 2016 by riding Hillary Clinton’s coattails.
“Yes, we can win the House,” the California Democrat said during a sit-down interview in her Capitol office.

“If she runs, she will win the nomination. And if she’s our nominee, she clearly — I mean, the campaign, the joint effort — would be one that could not only take her into office but would [pull Democrats to victory],” Pelosi said.

“There’s opportunity, all kinds of statistics now about if the Democrats have a presidential candidate who … wins by 52%— that’s over 20 [House] seats,” Pelosi added. “And so 53% is a victory [for House Democrats].”
The minority leader acknowledged the headwinds facing House Democrats, who would need to pick up a whopping 30 seats to win the chamber, and she emphasized that the party’s presidential nominee is a long way from being decided.

Bold predictions are nothing new for Pelosi, who, among many other duties, has a responsibility to appear unwavering about the party’s election odds in order not to dissuade donors

"Get down, get down"

theblaze
New Hope City Council members were in the middle of a routine meeting on Monday night when suddenly a barrage of gunshots left them scrambling for cover.

Two police officers were hit by gunfire and one suspect was shot and killed during the shooting at New Hope City Hall, KARE-TV reported on Monday night. The officers are reportedly in good condition.

One of the council members, however, was armed and seemingly prepared to defend his colleagues and other attendees at the meeting in the Minneapolis suburb.

New Hope City Council member John Elder, who also works as public information officer of the Minneapolis Police Department, reportedly drew his firearm and ordered everyone to “get down” as he trained his across the room in anticipation of any threat

Rush: Success of 'American Sniper' An Extension of the November Elections

RUSH: One of the points I was gonna make about American Sniper...Near $200 million in two weeks. It's blowing everything out of the water. So the left is coming along with reactions like, "Well, that's just America celebrating a psychopath murderer. There's nothing heroic about a psychopath murderer and so forth," and I'll tell you what it is, folks. I think the success of American Sniper, there's a whole lot of things rolled into it. I think people are going to this movie in the same way they showed up to vote in November, and I think the box office for American Sniper is an extension of the November elections.

I think it is the American people continuing to express two things: Their utter outrage at what is happening in Washington and the inattention Washington is paying to the health and the goodness of the country. And the second thing that they are doing is enforcing what they believe to be good old traditional American values"

Islamic State Group Pushed out of Kobani, Syria

'Fully expelled'

'Major defeat' for ISIS

Fox News
BEIRUT – Kurdish fighters backed by intense U.S.-led airstrikes pushed the Islamic State group entirely out of a key Syrian town on Monday, marking a major defeat for the extremists whose hopes for an easy victory when they pushed into Kobani last year dissolved into a bloody, costly and months-long siege.

As their victory neared, the Kurdish troops earlier in the day raised their flag on a hill overlooking the town just across the border with Turkey, replacing the Islamic State group's black banner.

The battlefield success is a major conquest both for Syria's embattled Kurds and the U.S.-led coalition, whose American coordinator had predicted that the Islamic State group would "impale itself" on Kobani.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and Kobani-based Syrian activist Farhad Shami said the Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIL, had been fully expelled, with some sporadic fighting on the ouster eastern edges of the town.

Small Drone Crashes At White House

According to Secret Service, a small drone landed in a tree at 3 a.m. ET Monday. The WH went into lockdown.

WASHINGTON (AP)  -- A small drone flying at low altitude crashed into the White House complex before dawn Monday, the Secret Service said. President Barack Obama was not at home and the White House said it did not pose a security threat.

The crash prompted an immediate lockdown of the White House grounds until officials could examine the drone. The Secret Service said the 2-foot-long device was a quadcopter — a small, unmanned aircraft that is lifted by four propellers.

"An investigation is underway to determine the origin of this commercially available device, motive, and to identify suspects," said Secret Service spokesman Brian Leary. He said the drone crashed on the southeast side of the White House complex just after 3 a.m.

Watch: Plane Runs Out of Fuel, Pilot Deploys Parachute For Emergency Landing in Pacific Ocean

A pilot who used an aircraft parachute to make an emergency landing near Maui, Hawaii when his plane ran out of fuel was rescued by a cruise ship.

The pilot of a single engine Cirrus SR-22 airplane ran out of fuel 253 miles northeast of the island and was saved after the US Coast Guard contacted a nearby cruise ship to rescue him.

Watch the Coast Guard video- This thing is going straight down, it then levels off and hits the water. The pilot jumps out like he's done this before. BTW, I didn't know planes had parachutes
