Judge Napolitano: 'More Than Enough Evidence For FBI To Commence An Investigation Into Hillary Clinton, Significantly More Evidence Than McDonald or Menendez

The Judge says the FBI does not need permission from the President, they don't need permission from the U.S. Attorney General, FBI Director James Comey has an 'independent, legal and moral obligation to go where the evidence take him'

The Feds went after Republican Gov. Bob McDonald and Dem Sen. Bob Menendez. Judge Napolitano says there is more evidence just in the public domain right now to investigate the Clintons.

Iraqi Forces in the City of Baiji: "We Are Surrounded By ISIS From All Sides"

Troops running low on food, ammunition and plead for reinforcements.  Where is the help from the United States? Didn't Biden promise to follow ISIS to the gates of hell?  Didn't Obama promise to degrade and destroy ISIL? These Iraqi forces trapped in the city are pleading for help as ISIS closes in.

Iraqi forces besieged inside the country's largest oil refinery are running low on food and pleading for reinforcements to save them from Islamic State militants who have advanced deep into the compound in the past week.

The insurgents now hold large sections of the sprawling Baiji refinery complex in northern Iraq where some 200 policemen, soldiers and elite special forces are holding out.

We are surrounded by Daesh (ISIL) from all sides," said a policeman called Mohanad, speaking via telephone from the refinery where his unit has taken up defensive positions in a guest house on the eastern side of the complex. Daesh is the Arabic acronym for the Islamic State group, also known as ISIS or ISIL in English.

"We can hear Daesh fighters shouting and threatening to behead anyone they catch. We are running short of ammunition, food and drinking water. We eat only one meal a day. We tear our uniforms to bandage other soldiers' and policemen's wounds.”

Mohanad, who is from Baghdad, said he had set aside one bullet to end his own life in case they were overcome by the militants: "It’s an easier way to die than being beheaded".

CNN Reporter: Bill Clinton’s 'Pay The Bills' Comment 'Is So Out Of Touch With The Average American'

Bill Clinton said in an interview Monday he will keep giving lucrative speeches "to pay our bills" while wife Hillary Clinton runs for the White House.

Jeff Zeleny calls it 'out of touch' and he is right.

Bill Clinton's net worth is $80 million and Hillary's net worth is $21.5 million.

Sounds like Hillary's comment about being 'dead broke' after leaving the WH

Carly Fiorina on GMA: 'Yes, I Am Running For President' (VIDEO)

She should have kicked off her campaign for President by giving a speech, like Rubio, Rand Paul and Ted Cruz. Something that would make a lot bigger splash than announcing to Stephanopoulos on GMA and a tweet from her twitter account.  Not the greatest kick off here....

WASHINGTON - Former Hewlett-Packard Co Chief Executive Carly Fiorina announced on Monday she is running for president, becoming the only woman in the pack of Republican candidates for the White House in 2016.

Once one of the most powerful females in the American corporate world, Fiorina registers near the bottom of polls of the dozen or so Republican hopefuls and has never held public office.

"I think I'm the best person for the job because I understand how the economy actually works. I understand the world, who's in it, how the world works," she said when announcing her bid on ABC News' "Good Morning America" show.

Brain-Dead Woman Kept Alive 54 Days Delivers Baby Boy

Karla Perez was just 22 weeks pregnant when she collapsed at her home in Omaha, Nebraska after complaining about a severe headache. She was later pronounced brain dead. The family immediately became concerned for the well-being of her unborn baby, who she had planned to name Angel, and urged doctors to do whatever possible to help him.

Fox News
Doctors in Nebraska prolonged the life of a brain dead woman for 54 days so she could deliver a baby boy named Angel.

Karla Perez, 22, died two days after the delivery, the Washington Post reported late Friday. Angel weighed just 2 pounds, 12.6 ounces at birth.

The last time a brain-dead woman in the U.S. delivered a baby was 1999, the paper said. Baby Angel was delivered earlier this month at Methodist Health System in Omaha.

The hospital said a team of more than 100 doctors, nurses and staff kept Angel's 22-year-old mother Karla Perez alive for 54 days -- just long enough to deliver the baby via cesarean section.

"Our team took a giant leap of faith," Sue Korth, vice president and COO of Methodist Women's Hospital, said in a statement Thursday announcing the successful procedure. "We were attempting something that not many before us have been able to do."

Perez collapsed in her home in Waterloo, Nebraska, on Feb. 8 after complaining of severe headaches. Doctors later determined she had suffered a brain bleed.
