FAIL on the Campaign Trail: Nikki Haley's Dem Opponent Accidentally Calls Her a 'Whore' During Speech in S.C.

Don't worry, the latest poll has this guy trailing Nikki Haley by 20 points in South Carolina

Addressing supporters at an event in Florence, S.C., a fired up state Sen. Vincent Sheheen said Gov. Nikki Haley's days in office were numbered.

"And we are going to escort whore out the door," he said, before quickly correcting himself.

"We're gonna escort her out the door."

The verbal flub drew an immediate reaction from the crowd. As some of the attendees howled, Sheheen tried to sheepishly regain his footing.

Video- Bus driver Lays The Smackdown on Purse-Snatching Thief

ATLANTA- (CNN) – Call it instant karma. A bus driver beat a purse snatcher with a bat, and it was all caught on camera.

This is the story of a Chilean bus driver who ended up at bat in his bus. He came to a stop and opened the door for passengers as a man tries to grab the front row passenger’s purse. The man acts like he was joking but tries to grab it again. The driver slams the door trapping his hand.

The bus driver whacked him with a bat over and over as the thief tried to talk his way out of the beating by saying he was just playing a joke on his aunt Maria. At one point the driver told the thief, “I’m badder than you.” And by the 8th whack, the thief was crying.

The driver drove the bus to police and dropped the man off into the hands of the law.

The 22-year old would be purse snatcher was arrested.

Upset at a girl who wouldn't date him?

seattletimes reported
Two students are dead after one of them opened fire Friday morning in the Marysville-Pilchuck High School cafeteria before turning the gun on himself, according to law-enforcement sources.

Police said four other people were wounded in the 10:45 a.m. shooting.

Austin Joyner, a student at the school, said on Twitter that he saw the shooter come into the cafeteria, walk over to a table, pull out a gun and shoot students who were sitting there.

Other students identified the shooter as Jaylen Fryberg.

Jarron Webb, 15, said the shooter was angry at a girl who would not date him, and that the girl was one of the people shot. He said he believes one of the victims was his friend since kindergarten.

Students reported pandemonium in lunchroom after the shooting, with dozens rushing for doors and then jumping a fence to escape.

Freshman Austin Wright said every exit in lunchroom was jammed with kids escaping gunfire. “I heard three gunshots and I ran.”

Four of the injured were taken by ambulance to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett. Three, all young people, were in critical condition with head injuries and were either in surgery or exiting surgery. A fourth, with lesser injuries, was transferred to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. He was out of surgery and in serious condition Friday afternoon.

Iraqi Official: ISIS Used Chlorine Gas During Battle Against Iraqi Security Forces North of Baghdad

General Jack Keane on Fox News believes these types of attacks will continue as ISIS has caches of chemical weapons

BAGHDAD — Islamic State militants used chlorine gas during fighting with security forces and Shiite militiamen last month north of Baghdad, Iraqi officials said Friday.

The disclosure comes on the heels of similar reports from the Syrian border town of Kobani, indicating that the extremist group may have added low-grade chemical weapons to an arsenal that already includes heavy weapons and tanks looted from captured military bases.

Three Iraqi officials — a senior security official, a local official from the town of Duluiya and an official from the town of Balad — told The Associated Press that the Islamic State group used bombs with chlorine-filled cylinders during clashes in late September in the two towns.

The militants, who control large areas of Syria and Iraq, have failed to capture Duluiya or Balad, both of which are around 50 miles north of the Iraqi capital.

In the attacks, about 40 troops and Shiite militiamen were slightly affected by the chlorine and showed symptoms consistent with chlorine poisoning, such as difficulty in breathing and coughing, the three officials said. The troops were treated in hospital and quickly recovered.

Republican Opens Up a 9 Point Lead Over Martha Coakley in MA

Martha Coakley implodes once again. The latest survey from the Boston Globe has Republican Charlie Baker leading by 9 points, 45-36

The Coakley camp has just came out and dismissed the new poll from TBG as an outlier, saying the race between Coakley and Baker is a 'dead heat'

usatoday
Uh oh, things aren’t looking good for Martha Coakley in the Massachusetts governor’s race.

A new Boston Globe poll shows Republican Charlie Baker with a 9-percentage point lead over the Democratic attorney general among likely voters. The same survey last week had Baker and Coakley tied, and the Republican’s surge is being attributed to rising support from independent voters — the group that propelled Gov. Deval Patrick to victory over Baker in 2010.

From pollster John Della Volpe, whose SocialSphere company conducted the Boston poll:
"There is just positive movement in every single metric we can ask around Baker. The more voters have gotten to know him, the stronger he performs"

Coakley famously lost a U.S. Senate race in 2010 and was defeated by then little-known Republican Scott Brown for the seat long held by Edward Kennedy, the Democratic icon. She had a huge lead, but wasn’t particularly warm on the campaign trail and made a series of missteps. A big faux pas: Coakley suggested Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling, a star on the 2004 World Series-winning team, was (horrors!) a Yankees fan.
