Rancher: No, The Mexican Border Isn't Secure

On Tuesday, Press Secretary Jay Carney praised the new bipartisan Senate immigration blueprint and said the borders (under President Obama) 'are more secure than they've ever been'

“I am not in a position to negotiate details of a bill that hasn’t been written. Our borders are more secure now than they have ever been in history,” Carney said,
