Rick Santorum, hours after his private, staff-free meeting with Mitt Romney, endorsed Richard Mourdock in the Indiana Senate primary against incumbent Richard Lugar with this Facebook post:
"If I lived in Indiana, Richard Mourdock would have my vote in Tuesday’s U.S. Senate primary race. I encourage Hoosiers to help get out the vote for him."Mourdock is at the moment favored to win the race, which has become the first real test of the anti-establishment movement in 2012. The endorsement isn't a surprise, given where Santorum stands, but it's a reminder that he plans to stay politically active
